“I had a Vinyl Luxury Floor installed from Floors Plus in Nixa a few years ago and was very impressed with the install. As time went on my floor did not look like it should have because dirt would get trapped in it without being able to scrub it out. I have animals and need an easy clean up floor due to heavy traffic with the dogs. I needed new carpet in the master bedroom so I revisited Rob and Scott at floors plus and they assured me the floor must have had a defect with the wear layers. They sent several people out to see the floor and contacted Shaw letting them know about the defect. This was during Covid and I know there was a lot of shortages with workers. With Rob's insistence, Shaw came through and Rob had my floor replaced. I don't believe any other company would have gone through great lengths to make sure this was fixed and floor replaced. This just reinforced my feeling that they are the best. My floor was a huge area spanning from kitchen, dining room through living room and hallway. Looks Great!
