Man I highly recommend coming in when jaki the kitchen manager is in, she’s beyond fantastic, hot food is always out, every time I stop in the pizza is always incredible, usually in the mornings but she is the best by far!

No hot food anywhere in sight (not even in the i en cooking)... no communication at the register expect for the associate messaging on their phone as they ring up my item (would have been items, but no hot food.

Don't buy milk products there. They will hassle you and try to not give you a refund. I didn't want to swap out milk I just wanted my money back and they wouldn't make it work. Won't be going back to this incompetent store

The food is very hit and miss at this location. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's inedible. When a customer calls in to complain about things being undercooked, don't ask the customer what you should do. It's in your job title. If someone says that your hash browns are undercooked and floppy and soft and squishy, that probably means that you need to go and look in the hot bar and make sure that they actually got cooked all the way through. A fully cooked hash brown doesn't resemble a sponge that has been soaked in grease. Next time I call to complain about the food, it will be directly to a district manager since you guys don't really have any idea what to do about customer service.

I will never visit this location again! The rude, hateful old lady, Deb I think is her name who clearly hates her life should NOT be working there! She doesn’t know what customer service is or how to be polite to anyone ever! Today was the last straw for me when she was unnecessarily rude to my teenage daughter and her friend who were in getting fountain drinks laughing and having fun. They were not rude or disrespectful at all and all the lady could tell me was they made a mess she had to clean with bleach!? I’m sorry but isn’t that part of your job!? And it was not an atrocious mess as she acted like it was.They told me they wiped up the mess they made and even showed me a pic of it. They went back in to get milk for my toddler and she told them she was done with them for today and took the milk away and refused to sell it to them! I went back inside immediately and confronted her and she couldn’t give me a valid reason as to why she was rude and hateful and refused to sell them the milk other than the “mess” they made and they were laughing and joking with each other. Her behavior was certainly not called for and she just thought she could get away with being rude to them but this momma bear let her know different! She doesn’t deserve to be a crew manager treating people like she does. I’ve encountered her before and she’s not friendly at all, ever! Don’t try this momma bear ya old hag!!

I have been going to this location for quite awhile now and have never had any issues. Recently however the customer service has sucked, employees and managers alike ignoring customers that they have waiting at their counters to check out while they do any number of other things. What really took the cake was when I used the bathroom and seen mice in there. I mean this place serves food so I can only imagine as the weather is getting colder the mice are moving inside and looking to the kitchen for their next meal. I will not be ordering food from there again, and will probably just drive to a different gas station. When I told the manager, Holly, she stated "oh I know, I will get to it when I get to it." Recently went back in and seen the same thing, told the blonde assistant manager and she acted as if she suddenly forgot how to talk or that there was nothing she could do about. Called corporate finally so hopefully no one ends up with mouse droppings in their food.

This has been my "home store" gas station for approx 8 years since I live really close to it. However I've started driving to a Kum &Go farther away bc the customer service has just been terrible. There seems to be a training issue too bc the newer employees aren't very knowledgeable of the registers. They've also stopped ordering the cigarettes I always buy from there bc they ordered too many of a different kind. Other gas stations in the area know my name and greet me as I walk in whereas this Casey's you're lucky to get a smile out of the employees.
