Zero customer service. Doesn't work at Walmart. all I have to say about commerce. No one wants to take there time to answer your call they just transfer you to a different department.

I have been with Commerce Bank for over 20 years, and I have to say the customer service at this branch has gone down hill quickly the last year or so. The tellers I have had the last few times don't say hello or thank you and there is always new faces. They cashed a check against the wrong account, and don't ask how I would like my cash back. I had the ATM there eat a cash deposit and it took a month to get the cash credited back to my account. After checking in weekly by phone and emails for a status of the dispute, I was finally told to call the 1-800 number on the back of my ATM card to get answer to my dispute. No closed case notice was ever sent either. I would not recommend doing business at this branch, and I am seriously considering closing all my accounts with Commerce.

I switched my business account here when our former bank closed their branch in Nixa. I mostly switched because it was the closest bank to my shop. And, I am VERY glad that I switched. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with. Transferring my account was a breeze and I have had zero issues with any Commerce Bank branch (I also frequent one of the branches in Springfield, near my house). I am much happier with Commerce than I was with my old bank.

We have been with Commerce since moving to Nixa in 2018.. it seems the last couple years the service has really gone down hill and this could be due to the high turn over rate. I've noticed also everytime I go to withdrawal money it seems there is a slew of questions asked. why the withdrawal, why cash and not a cashiers check, what am I buying?... 1. it's none of your business what the cash is for and 2.cashiers check charges me a fee.

Horrible customer service as they did not honor a sign up bonus that I was advised would be taken care of. My money is in other banks now because I do not trust their word.

I'm old and crippled. They have been kind and helpful to me. I needed an account for my pension to be deposited in. They saw that I wasn't good with computers and stuff. The agent set everything up for me lickety split. Handed me a bank card and out the door I went. ZERO PROBLEMS! Any time I had a question I'd just call them and they take care of everything. Best bank I've ever had. The personal customer service is top notch. They actually remember me each time I come by. Amazing.
