I received a call back from Nikki regarding my medication refill. She was just so kind… I had not even asked for a call back! I appreciate people with wonderful people skills and who treat others with empathy, kindness, and respect. She was absolutely wonderful!

Good service. Got our covid updates without an appointment. Very friendly. We had 1 prescription not covered by insurance & they were able to apply Rx for 1/3 original cost.

Just needed some help with UPS. After having to go to the back and request help, a woman crawled out of the back and began the walk of death. This is the second and last time I deal with CVS and they're horrible customer service.
