“They have Saturday morning "camp" that teaches kids advanced techniques while honing in on fundamentals. I have been so impressed at the rate my son has improved in such a short amount of time. The entire staff wants you to play better so they talk to the kids, teach the kids and give pointers on how to improve. The coaches do what they love and it shines through in every activity. Could not recommend enough.”

“Positives: Variety of equipment, atmosphere, specialty equipment, quality personal training for general populace clients (Destiny does good training), plenty of weights/dumbbells, 365 24/7 access, good value in membership cost with access to 2 (soon to be 3) locations, locker rooms with showers, good lighting. I have been a "serious" lifter for about 10 years and have been going to Rage for about a year and a half of that. I personally think it is the best gym in Nixa.Feedback: The following feedback listed was gathered from not only myself, but from other gym members. The Callsign bars need to be replaced with better quality bars. When the weight starts to get heavier, the collars start spinning and thus make the weight on the bar spin. This is not safe to lift with because it creates instability. Some of the equipment needs to be replaced to match the standard of the Springfield location. I understand this can't happen overnight and I also appreciate the fact that there is new equipment brought in relatively frequently. There needs to be more rules or accountability. Doesn’t need to be like a certain commercial gym chain but something needs to happen in order to ensure the longevity of the equipment. For example, I consistently see people squatting (or even doing rack pulls) with the deadlift bar. This is not what the deadlift bar is designed for, and I would even argue that it is unsafe to squat with for various reasons.Additionally, there are also individuals that I notice slamming/swinging the cables/machines around excessively. This is a “hardcore” gym but there is a fine line between hardcore and just being inconsiderate to other people that also use the machines. If they break the machines, this obviously effects everyone because we can’t use it anymore. Machines have been broken multiple times. I understand I can’t reasonably expect gym ownership to regulate how people train, but I also do expect that gym machines should be regulated to a degree to maintain longevity as a paying customer. The general gym etiquette is very hit or miss at this gym. People are using the equipment as their own personal coat rack or drink coaster, not racking their weights, letting children run all over the gym when there is a perfectly fine kids’ area etc. I will say there is an employee there (whose name I don’t know) that does a good job about telling people to re-rack their weights and equipment. There needs to be more of that at this gym.”

“Great laid back positive gym. One of the features I have enjoyed most here is the phone app. It tells you roughly how many people are in the gym at a given time so if you are just trying to get accumulated to the setting you are able to see the best times to do so. Has everything you would need to get to where you want to be but ultimately that depends on personal desire.”
