Have dangerous drivers speeding and riding peoples rear on i44 eastbound. Vet your drivers before you put them in company vehicles with your logo all over them.

Just had HMI come out to service our fireplace. Ian was our tech and he did an outstanding job. Explained what he was doing and was very thorough with repair and clean up. Highly recommend!!!

Wow. These folks know what they're doing. 10 minutes of conversation and the wheels are rolling. No hesitation to use them again or refer them to friends and family.

I called for service and not only received advice over the phone, but also had a technician come out within a short period of time (no easy feat in this cold weather, I imagine). Travis was helpful, explained what he was doing, and answered all my questions confidently and patiently. I appreciated his prompt service and attention to detail. HMI will be my first call for fireplace issues in the future.

I had my gas fireplace serviced and the 2 technicians were great. Very professional and knowledgeable- had to get new pilot and they cleaned fireplace. We have always used HMI and have had wonderful service every time!

We have 2 fireplaces from HMI Fireplace and have enjoyed them every year in the cooler weather. We have them come out and do the maintenance each year. The service is worth it. we have never had any issues. Service techs are polite and thorough.

Had a problem with our chimney stove pipe . HMI Nixa came out within days of my phone call and fixed the problem. Thank you for standing behind your original installation! Definitely recommend!

Never had an issue with them and Ian is efficient and nice to work with. I have been using HMI for a couple of years and highly recommend them to anyone needs fireplace maintenance / fix!!
