I purchased a 2001 Ford pickup from these people from their website and was very pleased with their response and information, prior to the purchase. I made a down payment to hold the vehicle until I could fly to their location to pick it up. The flight was delayed due to storms by ten hours and the sales person, John, agreed to deliver the vehicle after the plane finally arrived at 12:45 a.m. This was way above top service and after driving back home 565 miles, the vehicle was everything they said it was with no issues or complaints.
I would definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future if the need came up.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE LIPSCOMB IN NIXA!!!!We bought a 2010 Buick Enclave from them on the 6th of September 2024 had it 2 minutes before lights started coming on..and car had to be towed to a mechanic... alternator so bad couldn't even get the key out of the ignition because it had fully drained the battery...we spent 13500$on the car .had it 2 minutes before we had to spend a grand on a new alternator..we told them what happened they said they wanted to help with the bill...they offered a hundred dollars....lol... finally agreed to pay for the 174$tow bill...well..its been five times now they said they would pay us. And still no check...plz be careful if you even go here to look...take it to a mechanic....you'll thank me.

Ok so math won't. Lie. We were supposed to get 18000 $ back for a pice of crap avalanche that's still for sell by the way. They gave us a check for 15400$ so math says you lie. So no I won't be taking my review of your crappy establishment down. Make it right then maybe. Make sure it's in writing or it didn't happen
As they said in their reply. That means their word is no good. So get it in writing. Have a great day. And agin buy a car somewhere else

They only get one star since it's not an option two give zero.
Never fixed the radio or TV.
Transmission went out 4 weeks after I purchased, junk warranty I was only suppose to have to pay 100 dollars and they charged me 1700 for the deductible.
Hub assembly when out 4 days after purchase.
Tired to take it back the day after I purchased and he told me oh well I was stuck with it.
Don't walk run from this place. No one has anything good to say about the owner.
Every time I tell someone where it was purchased I get a pitty look.
Master scam artist here.
Single mom just needed a realble vehicle and go screwed over.
I am compiling a list of names of people they have screwed over to take to the news and an attorney.
Mr. Lipscomb is a lair and a thief and cafi never installed anything. I actually have a video of them talking about what a scummy lot this is.
Lipscomb also didn't pay for the transmission the junk warranty company paid for a portion and I paid for the rest.
DONT WALK RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
