After mini discussions and time, he personally took concern for my issue as it was very difficult. After all has been said and done on his behalf, I am finally back on track with AT&T and my account. I am eternally grateful for Duncan‘s assistance and taken on my personal issues with AT&T. Highly recommend not only the store, but the professionalism of Duncan Roth.”

“I called the S Campbell Springfield MO location prior to calling this one. The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”

“Shelbie helped me out. She transferred everything from my old phone to the new one which most places will not do, or atleast haven’t done in the past. She helped me get my watch set up. And then I was able to leave my old trade in phone with her verses sending it off in the mail later. I don’t know if Verizon has changed lately or if she just went above and beyond on her own. Either way we were appreciative.”
