The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”

And then I was able to leave my old trade in phone with her verses sending it off in the mail later. I don’t know if Verizon has changed lately or if she just went above and beyond on her own. Either way we were appreciative.”
