“I called the S Campbell Springfield MO location prior to calling this one. The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”

From my experience, they’ve got plenty of screen protectors and cases for older stuff you can’t find at other stores, despite them NOT being on display; never hurts to ask if they’ve got something you don’t see!”

The he helped me find the perfect phone, plan, and phone case. I have had several phones in the past and this one is the best, most suited to my personality, has everything I could need, phone. Dakota took the time to help set up the phone and have it working before I left. It was close to closing time, but he didn't mind taking the extra time to make sure it was done right and I was happy. I mentioned how much I appreciated his help and he said it is a passion he has, which really shows. The service at this location was great. The technician who fixed my phone was friendly and efficient and really knew what he was doing. I recommend this place for phone fixing.”
