Went to the station in nixa and selected 87 octane like I always do, I got a full tank of gas, my check engine light went on and it came up as a misfire. I took it to my mechanic and he replaced the spark plugs wires, injectors and valve cover gasket in the span of a few months. Still has a misfire. We drained yhe gas out if it and it is crystal clear. It doesn't even smell like gasoline. I put in a claim for bad gasoline, and they have not responded. Don't shop Murphy USA I'd give them zero stars if I could! They denied my claim, don't shop murphy usa. They don't care if they break your car, they don't care at all!

This happened two years ago but I still get pissed anytime I think about it and this business hasn't gotten any of my time or money since.
One winter, my fiancee's car blew out her tire and we managed to scrape ourselves into the parking lot of this gas station to call for a tow truck. The snow was high and it was NEGATIVE FIVE DEGREES. Keep this detail handy. Wendy's was closing and so was the Walmart because of covid precautions.
The tow truck company was swamped and said it would be around an hour until they could get to us. We went into this gas station to buy gloves and drinks and to warm up while we waited.
This snaggle-toothed, nosy, cold-hearted wretch working the counter called her manager on us for LOITERING. In inclement weather while we were waiting for a tow truck. Her manager told her to kick us out! So she comes over and tells us we need to leave.
We stay out in that snow and cold weather until the tow truck arrives ONE HOUR LATER and the ENTIRE time we were waiting, this nosey lowlife kept looking at us through the window like we were doing something wrong. Even saw her on the phone a couple times, probably calling the manager about us. Finally the tow truck comes and gets us out of there.
You could've just stayed at the counter and minded your own business. I'll never forget how this employee went the extra effort to screw us over. I'll never go here.

I stopped into your store yesterday and was greeted by two very friendly employees, Brook and Andrew, who were incredibly helpful and upbeat! I'm posting, as it's rare to find such good customer service and friendly employees these days. These two employees deserve kudos, I hope Murphys knows how lucky they are to have them!

Store was pretty organized but pretty small. They provided different types of coffee and and icees. There was also an atm machine for those who needed it. The associate there provided me information on the ice and where it was located. I will say the lady there was really nice and very helpful.

I guess you guys just hire anybody because your new hire was extremely rude and was talking down to me and belittling me all because my ID was expired. Thats absolutely ridiculous. I work in customer service and this is not okay at all. Do better
