After 15 YEARS I finally had no other choice than to close my account SOLELY due to the fact Nixa refuses to answer their phones - for months. They tried blaming it on their phone service however, not my problem; I called yesterday and ended up having to drive there - it was because they were short staffed then. As of 12/9/2021 you CANNOT talk to anyone when you call. I had to drive 30 minutes one way for two days straight just to deal with them and my money because they can't answer the phone. They said they would have my dispute charge paperwork ready by today, they did not. Did they pay for my fuel? Negative.Mrs. Hedgepath (Senior) HAS to be ROLLING in her grave right now.How embarrassing and unprofessional.

Horrible bank. They blocked my son's transaction for a car part 3 times even though he had plenty of money. Then wouldn't stop a fraudulent charge and said they had to post then dispute. They didn't even review or want all evidence and ruled against them. Dont trust them with your money. They control your money not you.
