Way to take advantage of a young lady. Her first brand new car got a chip in the windshield and you do a “structural repair “ it doesn’t look like you did anything and charged her $200.00. You are pathetic!

Set an AM appointment and was greeted poorly. Decided to wait in lobby since I had an appointment and figured it would be fast and friendly. FALSE. Staff was dismissive and made ZERO attempts to inform me of progress and or ask anything in the 3 HOURS I had to wait. Service did not even begin on my vehicle until nearly 1.5 hours AFTER my appointment. Waste of time, poor service, not impressed.

Safelite did an awesome job replacing my windshield. Safelite was literally half the cost of taking my car to the dealership for the same service. The receptionist was super sweet, and everyone working on the cars were great too. They gave me plenty of updates, and my car was finished within the time estimate they gave me. My new windshield looks perfect!

I was out of town and scheduled a windshield replacement for my truck hoping to have it fixed when I got back. I got an email on 10/20 saying it was in progress. They showed up and disconnected my remote start antenna from the windshield, then left and didn’t call or message to say anything. I saw my windshield wasn’t changed and the dangling antenna when I got back a week later. I got an email 10/28 from safelite corporate asking me to reschedule the install. Bottom tier professionalism.

(Note: This is not about the staff, they are good people just trying to make a living like everyone else) But I thought I was being proactive and went to get a chip filled in on my windshield. The guy that filled it said it shouldn't spread and trusted him. The next day, there was a crack across my windshield. Called and talked to a customer rep, and they said that there's no guarantees that the chip won't crack and I can apply what I paid for the crack replacement to new windshield (which was what I was trying to avoid!) . Asked them if this happens a lot, and they said yes. It feels like safelite purposely wanted to try to make it worse so I could come back again and buy a windshield. Will not be using them ever again.

We've had first-rate work x7 times over the years; Corvettes, trucks, Jeeps, Buick Enclave (x2) & all were great work! We wouldn't think of using anyone else, including the dealer.

I am so thank for for this team at this location, I had an appt to fix a chip in my windshield and on my way my tire popped! Not only did they help me put my spare on they showed me how to change a flat tire. Sososo grateful!

If I could give safelite a 0 I would, but sadly that’s not an option.I have been trying to help my parents get a new windshield for their car. We contacted safelite in April. It is now September. They said they would have to order the windshield & would contact my parents when it came in. Weeks later they never heard from them so we called back to find out that they didn’t even have my parents in the system. At that time they said they put in for the windshield to be ordered (which they claimed the first time they were ordering it then). So now a couple of weeks later still haven’t heard from safelite, so I email a gentleman that I had previously emailed and asked for management to call me. They did promptly call but all I was told is they’re still having an issue getting the glass in.Fast forward to today. (9-7-2023) I decided to call the local Nixa, Mo store to see if I could get any information to why this is so difficult to order. The lady I spoke with was not helpful at all. She claimed to be the manager of the store. She was rude, short with me and of no help at all! She left me on hold for a long time and then rudely came back and quickly said she’ll contact out insurance company and hung up before I could say anything.This has honestly been the worst experience I have ever had, and we for sure would never recommend safelite.

Great service, right on schedule. Incredibly fast. Great value. They were a little hard to find, gps keep us going to different address.
