Silverback Storage is very helpful. They are very helpful on the phone and will set up a different unit if something is wrong with your unit and get the other unit fixed. The unit was spotless, really easy to access and an amazing bargain for the price. The size unit is good and the process is smooth, prompt, polite and easy. Booked online, the process was straight forward, no gimmicks, and the manager great customer service. Just make sure to store things in boxes or dirt comes through the unit.
