If I were able to leave zero stars I would. Simmons purchased Landmark Bank in February. Absolute WORST customer service. Many of the bankers from LMB still go above and beyond to help their customers, but if they are unable to help, getting ahold of anyone from Simmons to assist is a nightmare. Terrible products, and you cannot get through to speak to anyone. Worst bank ever. They do not deserve to have any LMB customers.
