Would not recommend this Bank at all, I went in to get three grand out of my account and they informed me that they did not have that much money in the building They have a high turnaround with employees and one particular fellow up there with dreadlocks will treat you Like crap and cuss you The manager‘s name is Maria. The woman under her is Christie, which is the one that’s completely out of line up there. I would not do business with Christie or the black Kid with dreadlocks you’ve been warned

If I were able to leave zero stars I would. Simmons purchased Landmark Bank in February. Absolute WORST customer service. Many of the bankers from LMB still go above and beyond to help their customers, but if they are unable to help, getting ahold of anyone from Simmons to assist is a nightmare. Terrible products, and you cannot get through to speak to anyone. Worst bank ever. They do not deserve to have any LMB customers.

The teller, Felicia, is an awesome lady and is always very helpful! I didn't care for Simmons, but she cares about her customers and is willing to help them.
