We have recently relocated to Missouri, and we needed a dedicated cell phone for work calls only. We own and operate an electrical contracting company, Freelance Electric Inc, in the southern area of Springfield, Missouri.Brandon was super knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I would not suggest anyone use this retailer to purchase or upgrade their phone. It's not a T-Mobile issue it is this particular store that is the problem. The employees at this location need a lot of training, their incompetence has cost me a number of hours on the phone with customer care and at least 2 trips back to another location to fix their screw up. Go to a Corporate store, stay away from this location.Edit: Three week later and all I can get from the store and customer care is that there is nothing they can do to fix the $528 mistake they made. It was their employee that rung in the transaction and did it wrong, now I am left to pay for a phone that should have not cost me anything because of a trade in and upgrade promotion.Never again to this site. If we stay with T-Mobile, we will always go to the corporate store.

Nothing is worse than a store full of liars. They pushed a phone on us, making us believe it was free, with our new service, in our new town. I was happy with A,T,&T for years and did not need or want a different phone. It took hours in the store to get data transferred and to wait for whatever took them so long. Again, with A,T,&T, it was always a quick interaction to get a new phone. Then we got the T-Mobile bill. The phone was not free, forcing us to spend more time to return it and do another data transfer. They are worse than used car salesmen. Run!

They were able to help my best friend get his phone completely set up. They stayed almost 2 hours after close and were absolutely amazing and respectful about the entire thing. If I could give them 6/5 I would!!

Watch out! The smiling faces are part of the upsell. After the sale you can expect nothing from these gangsters. Not sure if this is a T-Mobile store or an independent store. If it is in fact a T-Mobile corporate store then T-Mobile has in fact lost their integrity. Listen carefully and read every word, ask questions and don't believe a word from them. If it's not in black and white before you agree to anything, do not sign anything. You are dealing with fast talkers snake oil sales people. From the management on down look out. There was a unsatisfied customer in there when we were there asking for help with an issue that had been going on for some time and they could not have been less interested! I would not trust these people again with anything. LOOK OUT!!
