Called uhaul customer service. Had a question about how the mileage is calculated. Spoke to Carla, hands down the rudest woman I have ever talked to and I have been in the hospitality business for 27 years! I will never use uhaul again far to many choices out there to have to be talked down to and treated like an idiot.
