I went to the Verizon store tonight to get a new phone. Mikey was so helpful! He explained everything to me in detail. He told me about extra products without being pushy or salesy. He was fast and efficient and even helped me pair my Apple Watch. If you go to this location Mikey will take great care of you.

My name is Andrew. I shopped at the nixa Verizon store. My phone was dropped and I went in for help. They referred me to a screen repair shop $400 or a new phone $800 plus. Took to Verizon on battlefield rd Springfield MO and they sent me another phone in the mail. It did cost $30 to update my contacts. But they didn't treat me like I was a pain in the but. I did not have to beg for help. Jim in nixa is rude at best. He was in Ozark that is why I stopped going to Ozark. They moved him to nixa now I go to a corporate store. They might cost more but the service is better. They will fix you phone not trying to sell you something you can't afford. Thanks for your time

Jeff was rude at best. They said it would cost me 300 to get the screen replaced at a repair shop or upgrade my phone. I went to a corporate store on Saturday on Monday but noon the sent me a new phone. They did change $30 to download my info. But they were nice and fast I recommend Verizon on battlefield Springfield MO. They are corporate and they'll take care of you.

They weren't able to fix our issue, but were actually very nice, greeted us as we walked in, heard what we had to say. They only had one rude guy who kept popping in from the back interrupting like we weren't there (Im betting he trained in branson). But everyone else was great.
