The pharmacy can be a bit of a headache but there is a kind cashier, Kenneth, who went the extra mile to help save me quite a bit of money. Customer service of that caliber is rare these days.

The team here has always taken care of my needs whether it be shopping in the store or picking up my scripts at the pharmacy.

Called to see when prescription would be ready. They told me 8 pm, I asked how late they were open and they told me 11 pm. I drive up there at 8pm and they've been closed since 7pm. Absolutely worthless, this is just on scenario in a very long line of issues with this place.

Go anywhere else. The pharmacy is the worst I’ve been to in my entire life. The techs are rude and have no idea what they are doing, the drive thru takes hours, they won’t have your medications and then when they do come in they will forget to call you. I'm genuinely excited for this company as a whole to collapse under the pressure of the economy and better alternative online pharmacies.

John L. The pharmacist on duty on 8/30 and Chris need to be fired immediately. Their unprofessionalism , lack of respect, and arrogance is the main reason this location is ALWAYS having issues. Zero stars for this pharmacy. When they screw up, like always, it’s never their fault, it’s always the doctor’s office fault. Their lack of accountability is always fully stocked if you need that filled! They’ve both screwed up so much that it’s become routine. Their corporate office has been notified and will continue to be notified daily. Ask John what the corporate office number is and he’ll stutter and tell you, after asking another associate, then he’ll give it to you! Save your money and time and get your medicine elsewhere. Unless John L. And Chris are no longer employed there.

Today I needed one of the smaller photo books for an afternoon event. The staff at Walgreen's bent over backwards to make sure the photos got printed and the book was put together in time for the event. Can't say thank you enough.

I recently had a distressing experience at the Walgreens pharmacy that I feel compelled to share. I expected understanding and helpfulness when seeking assistance especially when it involves my prescribed medication. However my encounter left me feeling judged and unsupported.Upon realizing that my doctor inadvertently shorted me on the supply of needles needed for my three-month medication I reached out to the pharmacy for assistance. Unfortunately the pharmacist I initially approached responded to my request with assumptions and rudeness treating me as if I were a drug addict seeking illicit substances. The encounter was not only disheartening but also unprofessional.Feeling frustrated and desperate I persisted and thankfully a young woman finally stepped in to help me. She exhibited compassion understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that I received the supplies I needed. I am grateful for her willingness to assist but it was disheartening that it took such an effort to find support in a place meant to provide medical assistance. What made this situation even worse was that I had my young son with me which further compounded the stress and discomfort. It is disheartening to see such an environment that lacks empathy and fails to prioritize the needs of their customers especially when considering the potential impact it may have on children witnessing such interactions. As a customer who relies on the services provided by Walgreens I believe it is crucial to address this issue. The judgmental behavior displayed by the pharmacist not only goes against the principles of customer service but also undermines the trust that customers place in the company. I sincerely hope that Walgreens takes steps to improve staff training and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity. It is disheartening to recount my experience at Walgreens pharmacy where I was met with judgment and rudeness when seeking assistance for my prescribed medication. However I am grateful for the young woman who ultimately helped me. I hope that my review serves as a reminder to Walgreens to prioritize empathy and customer service training enabling them to better support their valued customers in the future.

Very rude employees in the pharmacy as well as miss information from 4 different employees in the pharmacy.Long waits while on the phone to speak to pharmacy reps. Very dis-informed and no auto refill updates by email. I've used Walgreens Pharmacy for 20+ years in Arkansas, Texas, and in Springfield , Missouri and also store shopping althoughI will not ever use them again for anything! No EXCUSES for rudeness! The prices are always higher than other stores anyway.

My girlfriend and I went into the Walgreens here, and I saw a problem she has been experiencing there for years. The manager on duty in the front has a few problems that are very concerning. First being his eyes were very bloodshot, and his speech to his coworker the two times he talked to his coworker were very strange. One was him yelling loudly to his younger coworker that “You have to find something to do, stay busy” while standing there doing nothing himself. Next was an inaudible mumble when the phone rang and this kid went to get it. It sounded like gibberish and sounded slurred. As we got to the register, he proceeded to stare at places on my girlfriend that made me very uncomfortable. I proceeded to stare back at him, and he broke gaze just rubbing his eyes. I looked away and his eyes were instantly staring at my girlfriend. We went through that cycle until our transaction was done. He wasn’t the person who was scanning our items. He just stood off to the side staring. As we left, I told my girlfriend what I saw and she said it has been happening for years. That every-time she had entered the store, he would always watch her as she walked, always staring at her. She said that she always tried to avoid him for that reason, and that it was bad she remembered him every time and tried her he at to avoid eye contact. He was a middle aged man in a manager type shirt, with brown shortish hair. I just wanted to do something about this, because from what I saw, I would not trust that person to be around any woman and be appropriate, let along let him manage a store with young people and women coming in and out, or even the people he manages. I just wanted to write this to let everybody know that if you are a woman and it not busy in there, I would 100% avoid entering. It even made me feel uncomfortable. It feels predatorily how blatant this man’s actions were, along with his bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Avoid.

I called to see if I had a prescription ready. I was hung up on because the guy kept talking over me and said he couldn’t hear me. Called right back the lady that answered said WILL is who hung up on me. I thought I would leave a review while I’m sitting drive thru for 25 min.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. They've lost my prescriptions before, gave me someone else's on another occasion, and good luck picking up your prescription in less than half an hour, when they even bother being open during their listed hours. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

The pharmacy always has a super long line outside that takes forever but its worth it. The pharmacy team knows what they are doing compared to CVS across the street.

Pharmacy was horrible. Went there for a covid test and they told me I came to the wrong place and needed to go through the drive through, and then he walked away and ignored me. Another lady stopped me from leaving and asked if I had made an appointment (which I had) and then said they had paperwork. They were unclear and I had to ask them 2 or 3 times where I was actually supposed to go. Then they sent me to the drive through again. The guy who “helped” me was rude to the lady in front of us as well. If you don’t like your job then go somewhere else instead of taking it out on the customers.

Oh boy do I have a story. I have been a pharmacy customer for 5+ years and it seems that at least once a week or so there is some issue with them refilling my meds. Most recently I had a prescription that needed refilled. The med was due to be refilled on the tenth and it has been nine days now since I called it in on the due date. In that time they cancelled the order three times with no explanation, ordered it in three times, and finally when I was supposed to pick it up today I went in and they told me it will be in tomorrow. Granted I was irritated going in but the pharmacy counter lady said to the pharmacist as soon as her back was turned "what is wrong with people today". It gets even better than that the pharmacist within two minutes after that comment said sarcastically "why would we even have that in stock?". Needless to say I transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy today, I don't do well with people like that.
