It seems every time I order a pick up today from here I get products that are almost out of date, so when I go to use them just a couple days later I have to throw the whole thing away... even if the product has never been opened. Happened to me with deli and now with these cucumbers that I ordered 3 days ago, when I opened the bag today they where full of mold and snapped into. I had them stored correctly too. Groceries are too expensive to have this happen!! Not long ago they substituted my blueberry bagels for onion bagels... Gesh. I'm done. Will go to Ozark instead

Folks, gat to say. I'm biased when it comes to Walmart. When you're out of state and you see a lot of Walmart. You can't help but smile. I particularly like Walmart. Don't care if we're in recession or not. I have always liked them. It's good for my wallet. I can still get a decent meal without breaking my bank. The price is still great.

Walmart cannot process returns thru 3rd party places. Which means it's impossible to get a return. I recommend only buying thru Walmart directly. Walmart customer service line DOES NOT care about getting you refunded for items you don't want for whatever reason. I've been trying to return items for a month and no one is getting thru to escalations. Which means I'm at a loss for $167.

I went into the store this afternoon to return a coffee maker and have to give credit to the employee who I dealt with at the customer service counter. I believe her name was Pam (I think her badge said Team Leader). She went absolutely above and beyond and was kind and pleasant while doing so. Another great experience for my family at the Nixa Supercenter.
