Liquor Stores in Noel, MO

“We love this place we come here often, but I wanted to reach out regarding an experience my boyfriend and I had at your store last night. One of your employees was very short and dismissive when my boyfriend asked her a few questions, she just kept saying “I don’t know” “what about it” and had a snarky attitude the whole time. It really seemed like she assumed he was underage, but when he showed his ID to buy cigarettes, her tone immediately changed and she suddenly tried to be nice.
That kind of attitude is disappointing and definitely drives customers away. We ended up leaving without buying any drinks and went to another liquor store instead. I wanted to bring this to your attention because it’s the kind of behavior that can hurt your business. I think it would help if she was reminded about how to treat customers respectfully, since we saw her being friendly right after with her friends who came in. Also I believe her boyfriend was also there with her during the whole shift.

“It takes awhile for the cashier to warm up to you. They are a very nice family who I feel like care about their customer. Cigarettes are cheap, drinks are always cold and the alcohol isn’t too expensive either. They have a good selection of swisher sweet cigars, and lots of deli food in case you’re hungry. DASS LIQUOR…? DASS COOL ?”

“They have egg rolls, burritos and pizza cooked in the warmers. Sometimes they have locally made Mexican desserts and tamales. There's gas, convenience items and a pretty stocked liquor area.”
