Very very very bad! The second time my card is suspended, I can't use it. I don't know why this happened again! I'm desperate! The first time the card was blocked because I wanted to buy a gift on Amazon, the bank considered it a suspicious transaction, now I wanted to buy an item on Amazon again, and again the bank blocked the card!! Imaginewhat can happen if for some reason your card is blocked at the airport, and it will be night, you will be stuck in another city due to a "suspicious transaction" in Amazon, and no one will solve anything. I don't have the strength for those "Hotlines" and branch visits! I do not recommend this bank!

I have used this bank since 1972 when it was named Roosevelt Bank.Things change but the lack of employees to help customers should not occur. Most businesses know busy time is lunch time, after work, the first week of the month and before holidays.Inside is constantly short of people and there are long wait times.On the positive side, they have consistently corrected any errors concerning my account and the staff is very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

I have banked at this location for more than 30 years. I began when it was Roosevelt Federal. My experience had always been pleasant. But now, the staff of young adults you have are "better than better". They are GREAT!!!! They call you by name, they smile and make you feel like you are so important. Great job don't change a thing or a staff member.

I have visited DMV offices with better attitude. Everyone there talks to people like their hate their job. Some of them don't know their job and get attitude.
