Great introductory offer with discount code. Fantastic customer service - friendly and knowledgeable. Have the pod picked up within 30 days to avoid paying additional months of storage at the much increased normal rate.

Thus far, I have had a very good experience with 1 800 PACK RAT. All the staff I have interacted with, from the schedulers on the phone, to the pod delivery workers have been very friendly and helpful. Chandra and Sirdarrien have been stand out. Great work!

Chandra was helpful and answered all the questions I had. She was professional and made my least favorite thing to do better than expected. Hope this will be the last time we need to do this for a while but, will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you!!

I was charged rent on the POD for the month of June on 5/30/23 (so rent paid through 6/28). I called to cancel my POD on 6/1/23. I was told that the first available pick up day was 6/15/23. I was also told at the time of the call that my rent would be prorated for the month of June. They picked up the POD on 6/15 as scheduled. I paid the pick up fee. Now they are refusing to prorate the rent for June. Again, the rent on the POD was paid through 6/28. I am no longer in possession of the POD. They are refusing to refund the rent for the remainder of the month.

To the Kansas City facility - Mark and the rest of the team: THANK YOU! Your competitor left me high and dry. They said they tried to call, but my number didn't work. Riiiiight. Luckily for me, your number works!From the start, your team asked to see pictures of my quirky driveway and had a can-do attitude.I needed three containers over three weeks during busy May with the three-day holiday weekend looming. Mark and his "yes-before-no" mentality made it all work. We had ZERO issues getting the containers delivered. The friendly drivers always called with a 30-minute heads-up. If only the rest of home buying and moving was as easy as working with you! Thank you again! We WILL see you again!

Update: A representative called me and helped to rework a more acceptable price. I really wish that it hadn't taken me writing a negative review for them to be moved to make a change. In the end, I am happier with the price I received.They jack you around on pricing. They will quote an inflated price. If you don't question or push back you will get taken. They push prices up with no explanation. Not an ethical company. Would recommend.

I ordered a pod 2 weeks ago, and it was supposed to be delivered on 8/26. The driver called me at 8:20 am and reassured me he was on his way and would be to my house by 4:00pm. Well 4:00 pm came and went and I called at 5:00 pm and asked the eta, they said we were next for delivery. 8:00 pm came and no pod, called again, they out me on hold and the girl Ashley put me on hold came back on and said the warehouse supervisor said it was still coming. 9:30 pm, called again, was told the driver had to pull over for the night due to hours driving, ok when will my pod be here, they told me that we would be first on the list and it would be there by 11:00 am 8/27. 12:00 pm 8/27 no pod, called again, now we were told the forklift was broken and it would be MONDAY 8/29, now mind you we had to be moved out by 8/29, we sold our house. Basically they screwed us over, lie after lie. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL SAY CUSTOMER SEVICE DID TRY TO GET ME THE ANSWERS, SO IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. It is the company that delivers the pod.

This company is terrible. I have been interacting with them for less than a week and they have caused multiple issues and the pod hasn’t even been dropped off yet. They told me the pod would be dropped off on the 19th (today) and then proceeded to tell me that the 20th was the actual drop off date. There is no communication between the customer service team and local teams. Nor do they care about their customers. They didn’t tell me about a permit that was needed which is now costing me an additional $100 for the time we have the pod. Due to the cost of the permit and their error of not telling me this, we had to change dates. They’re charging me a $25 fee for this change that was caused by their lack of communication to me. Now they have changed the pick up date for the pod without telling me and when I ask for them to waive the fee due to their error they say they can’t. I wait to talk to a manager and am put back into a queue of 55 mins plus. Terrible. Terrible. I’m looking at alternative solutions with different companies at this point. Their $25 charge is about to make them lose a $3k plus move. I don’t trust them and they don’t care to fix the issues they’ve created, this is how they treat military members also. Please stay away from this company!

We recently had to do 3 moves due to selling, moving into an apartment and then moving into our new home. The pods we got from they were invaluable throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who’s dealing with a stressful and prolonged moving situation.
