Have done business with bob allen motors several times and have nothing but great things to say. Very honest, straight forward dealership and they don't give you the run around or pressure which is very rare for that industry. professional and polite employees. thanks for making the car selling and buying process painless.

This place is now the last place I would buy a car from. I inquired about a vehicle, Logan responded very rudely. He did not answer my question. He got snotty fur no reason. Whenever you sell something on marketplace expect to get lots of questions. Then answer them with knowledge tact. Remember you are the selling. You want sales, than act accordingly. Arrogant, snotty, and plain rude will get you nowhere. Good luck staying in business with this Logan being this negative.

Great place to buy a car. Small, local, no hidden fees or extra time spent negotiating with another person. Logan, one of the owners, met me during off hours and was easy to deal with. They seem to only have nice cars they’d want to drive themselves. Will definitely look here next time I’m in the market.

I have become a loyal customer of bob allen motors and will only buy from them in the future. I have nowbought 3 cars from them (for myself my husband and my daughter ) and I couldn’t feel more confident about knowing that I’m getting a quality vehicle without the question of whether I’m getting ripped off or not. I have had a few awful experiences buying used cars from used dealers where it became clear that they knew they sold me a lemon car. But bob Allen motors has truly earned my trust and is an actual trustworthy dealer in the used auto industry, which in my experience has been a such a rarity to find. They are upfront and honest and took all the time I needed to answer the many questions I had and then the questions my mom on top of that, when I brought her with me to look at cars. I felt no pressure to buy and there was no coercing us into buying anything and it’s just straight forward with nothing left to question. They also have proven to me that they care about making an honest name for their business and creating happy customers who are happy because they bought a good, reliable car instead of just trying to sell a car and make money. The owners are good people and I am now a loyal customer because of it , and am so happy that I found a dealer that I can feel confident about buying from!

I spoke with Brian on the phone about a vehicle I saw online. Went in looking at possibly trading in my vehicle and wanted to look at another they recently received. So recent they had not even had a chance prep vehicle for sale. Brian was very transparent and let me view it anyway. He showed me how he came up with the value of my trade-in and was spot on. He even gave me some advice on ways I might get more out my car. I'm still figuring out what I going to do but when I left I was way more knowledgeable than when I went in and had a very pleasant experience. I'd recommend checking this place out. It's not the bad vibe you get from alot of used car lots. They seem to actually want to make fair deals and care. Thanks Brian, nice meeting you.
