I have to admit, it was so nice to see Peggy at the drive thru today, having someone who knows your name & is so pleasant, to assist me with Notary Services today was a genuine experience during this Covid 19 crisis, Love this Bank!!!!!

The team at Burlington Northtown Community Credit Union are very easy to work with and provide exemplary customer service. The care enough to hand deliver brochures to pass out to our staff whom might be interested in opening an account with them and even offered an incentive. Highly recommend.
