Anthony and his crew have a great community and clean gym and amazing culture at Brave Enough CrossFit. The coaching is very detailed and ensures you will have an effective workout no matter what fitness level you are at- beginner or veteran. The members ask how you are and remember your name and the workouts will leave you sweaty but fulfilled. If you are looking for a great gym (crossfit or otherwise) in the Kansas City area do not sleep on this place!! Get in there, you won’t regret it.”

“I've lived in gyms for 39 years and have probably worked out in over 50 places across the country. Zone 6 is probably the cleanest and most well equipped gym I've been to. It's never crowded, the staff is nice, and it actually smell good (rare for a gym).”

“So we found KC athlete training this summer. We had our 14-year-old son Knoxx work out on the days he wasn’t doing track as he is a running back and linebacker to get ready for high school football. The coaches and the facilities are amazing! The coaches know what they’re talking about and if you and your kid listen to them, they’ll get your kid where they need to be! But all parents want to see is results, right!? Knoxx just played his first high school game and it got done about 30 minutes ago. RESULTS! Knoxx scored five touchdowns in three quarters. Three offensive rushing touchdowns and two fumble recovery touchdowns!!

I mean, he was already an excellent football player, but I don’t think we could’ve ever guessed that the hard work in the off season at KC Athlete Training would equal 5 touchdowns in three quarters!
