“This place has been great! Had a broken unit door at 6 AM on a Friday. My unit door was stuck open so I couldn't leave my unit. Called the support line for help and got wonderful service. She reached out to the on-site employee who was for sure asleep but ended up coming out to save the day for me. We were able to get the door down and she had a vendor fix the door in the same day!”

“The GM Xzavier here is absolutely incredible!!!! I called to explain what I was wanting to do and he was patient in listening to me and my desired outcome and HE HAD A BETTER OFFER!!! He was very clear in his explanation of my current financial options and was very pleasant to have handling my transaction as I could tell he really knows his stuff and is actually trying to inform me what I have available to me as a customer!!! Not all working class folk care to learn there job well enough to do more then just clock-in& out but I legit felt as though he was concerned with getting me exactly what i wanted! “Tom was fantastic to work with. I reserved at the 800 number not in store. The only down side is that I was was told over the phone by nation customer service that 24 hour acces was included in the price for business use. How ever when I checked in that the store tom explained how the 24 hour acces works - no fault of his he was great but kinda silly the 800 customer service said it was included.”

“I came in the office to speak to the lady Amanda. I had previously had encounters with her over the phone before when she was rude and had an attitude and that alone rubbed me the wrong way and I just chose to not to deal with her, just from the nasty attitude she gave me. And I don’t understand when this is a company owned business. Everyone there supposed to work as a team and she makes a comment that was nasty towards her coworker to me. Off that comment I got that she doesn’t like that particular person or she was trying to talk down on her. I asked her today, if I could talk to the owner or regional manager. She stated it takes 48 hours to respond or reach back out to me. I will be waiting patiently the 48 hours.”
