“The property manager, Sarah Exposito was phenomenal to work with throughout the entire process. Overall, NSA Storage (iStorage parent company) does all the things listed in the reviews that have been posted here, to include periodically raising rates, using call centers to answer calls and pressuring potential renters to lock in their spot immediately, etc. That being said, Sarah offset all of this with her excellent customer service, common sense, and willingness to help. I highly recommend that you go in person and work with her directly, she will be the reason I use iStorage again in the future. Thanks Sarah!”

“The GM Xzavier here is absolutely incredible!!!! I called to explain what I was wanting to do and he was patient in listening to me and my desired outcome and HE HAD A BETTER OFFER!!! He was very clear in his explanation of my current financial options and was very pleasant to have handling my transaction as I could tell he really knows his stuff and is actually trying to inform me what I have available to me as a customer!!! Not all working class folk care to learn there job well enough to do more then just clock-in& out but I legit felt as though he was concerned with getting me exactly what i wanted! This GM 100/10 gold stars great customer service!”
“Very satisfactory. Service was quick and easy. Started checkout online, then talked to them on the phone to get clarity on some questions I had. Finished the process and moved in same day. No issues. Some of the units may be a little older, but mine was clean and there is no damage or leaks. Unit stays dry.”

I see one of them there most mornings when I am moving into my unit and I feel great knowing someone is watching the location and checking out any possible issues. “Tom was fantastic to work with. I reserved at the 800 number not in store. The only down side is that I was was told over the phone by nation customer service that 24 hour acces was included in the price for business use. How ever when I checked in that the store tom explained how the 24 hour acces works - no fault of his he was great but kinda silly the 800 customer service said it was included.”
