She is a consummate professional, detail‑oriented and expeditious in handling insurance‑related needs. Dealing with insurance claims is usually a headache, but she takes the wheel and makes sure you are taken care of. The Farmers office is wonderful, very professional and caring people. She is knowledgeable about the job, always willing to help, and calls to make sure you are ok after fender benders. She walks us through everything, stays on top of things, and customers say they would never go elsewhere, giving an A+.
