“Everything was great except they charged me for a dolly use when its right in the way of loading and unloading. They should only rent the trucks with the dollies to the people who request them. My budget is already tight with the move etc, so didnt plan on the extra 48.00 that was taken from my card. Above all everything else was great.”

“I drove across country with a half baked plan. Larry was extremely helpful and patient over the phone, making sure I was aware of problems people can run into. I showed up with 5 mins to spare and then Darla helped me back up the truck into a safe spot to leave until I came back the next day to unload into a storage unit. “I have been moving for the last couple of weeks and every time I come to this location is typically slow paced service and a long wait. That said, today was an exception to prior experiences. Nicholas T was quick to assist, provided a smooth streamlined experience and struck the right balance of detail from booking, to hooking up the trailer, to assistance with the return of the U-Haul trailer.
My hope is that the manager of this location, along with the regional manager of UHaul, recognize how valuable this experience was and how fortunate UHaul is to have Nicholas T on the UHaul team. At the end of the day, the customer experience is what builds (and maintains) a company’s brand.

“We reserved our truck the night before and the price was sooooo much better than Uhaul for a nearly identical truck. The truck we'd expected wasn't available since the folks who reserved it for the morning hadn't come in to pick it up yet but the slightly smaller truck that was available worked perfectly. The guy working the desk was very polite and took off the hand truck fee as an apology for the truck switch. I guess someone working over the weekend had put something in the computer incorrectly. Regardless, they made our stressful moving day a little less stressful and for a great a price. I would definitely recommended these guys to anyone looking for a moving truck.”

“The ladies were very nice, but I do recommend always checking fuel and mileage and condition of vehicle just to be on the safe side as usual. I will definitely use this location in the future and only this location. and always be sure to gas up because they do charge extra if you bring it back, not fueled.”
