“Overall, I’d say I’ve had a pretty good experience with O’Reilly’s in Oak Grove. Me and that place have definitely had our ups and downs ?. There have been a couple moments where things got a little more tense than they probably needed to be with certain employees, but for the most part, the employees have been great—aside from the occasional unprovoked attitude thrown in for free.

I do wish some of my weird, oddly specific, or horribly explained questions got better answers ?, but I’ll admit I don’t always make the easiest questions to understand. Either way, overall it’s been a good experience, and I’d definitely recommend them.”

“This specific O’Reillys location has had me driving out of my way for it for years now. Although the staff has changed throughout that time, this location is always staffed with dedicated workers that go beyond any other auto parts I’ve been to. They’ve always advised me the right parts, and the correct diagnostic, as such so that I’ve never needed to use any warranty I’ve received.

Christopher and William were the two who helped me today. Chris was already off the clock, but helped me out regardless until Will could take over, as to not keep me waiting. Will then helped to install my purchases/fixes I needed with a great can-do attitude in spite of how busy the store was getting slammed.

“Lucas was outstanding! After a frustrating experience at the Oak Grove location, I called this store in Blue Springs to double check whether they could install a 12-volt battery in my Chevy Bolt EV. Lucas answered the phone and was incredibly helpful from the start. He immediately checked the database before I even drove out to confirm that they could install it, which gave me peace of mind.

When I arrived, Lucas was very kind, caring, and attentive. He got my battery installed quickly and efficiently, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. He also handled everything smoothly, including refunding my core charge without any issues.

The level of customer service here was completely different than what I experienced at Oak Grove O’Riley as they refused to install my battery without even checking their database. Lucas clearly takes pride in his work and made the whole process easy and stress free.
