I love this gym. The owners/instructors are super knowledgeable, live what they teach, and take the time to make sure you are doing things correctly to help avoid injury. I have never been a huge work out fan, but the instructors and group classes keep me motivated and push me further than I would push myself. Love love... read full comment

Love the classes and the instructors care about you and teach you the correct from so you don't hurt yourself. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get back into shape or just want to stay in shape
