I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger combo meal through DoorDash from the Oak Grove, Missouri McDonald’s. I requested no pickles since I am allergic to them and extra onions. When I received my order, the bacon double cheeseburger did have extra onions, but no bacon and three pickles. Since I have an allergy to pickles, I had to throw the entire hamburger away. I called the McDonald’s where I ordered this from and spoke with a young lady by the name of Melinda that stated she was the manager. The only thing she had to say was that she was sorry and I told her that it was not OK because I cannot eat it now. I was not offered any resolution except that she would talk to her team about this mistake. Perhaps I should’ve asked for a refund, but I had hoped it would’ve been offered. I was wrong. This is the second time that they have included pickles when I’ve asked them not to. No refund was offered for the first time either. McDonald’s has now lost my business completely!!!!Dietary restrictions: Pickle allergy

Came here for a coffee, the lady that helped me was so sweet! This store is always clean, never had an issue with it being dirty. Never had an issue with any of my food or drinks ! Coffee has always been made just right and the food is delicious!

I visited this location, today. I ordered my food, the young man hurried me to pull around, as soon as I paid. I then waited there for 19 min., that is when a Lady worker brought someone else's order out to me. Of course I said it wasn't the correct order & that I had been waiting there, for 19mins. She went back in for my order & found that it had been bagged up & sat aside, so she put fresh fries in the bag, but no drinks. This was all too much for me. Unacceptable.

I ordered my food and while I was standing there waiting the crew was complaining with each other loudly about people coming there to eat and how they needed to go someplace else so they wouldn’t have to make so much food and have to work I guess. It was very uncomfortable and I did not feel welcome there while I was waiting. Not to mention the drinks area was filthy. I’m pretty patient but I don’t think I’ll be back again unfortunately.

The service was decently nice but when they gave me the Burger it was completely and totally burnt all the way through it was hardly any ketchup or mustard on it no onions whatsoever I ordered it with no pickles and for the first time I think in my life it actually had no pickles, but it was so incredibly freaking hard that we couldn't even eat it. The McChicken sandwich they ask for extra mayo and I swear to SpongeBob they put the extra mail all over the outside of the Buns that inside the sandwich. The fries were good.

Shelly (manager and bag lady) was bagging all orders. I stood and watched her reb her eyes with bare hands, bag an order, then pick at her armpit under shirt with bare hand then bag food then adjust her bra with bare hand, rub eye again and bag food again. I finally got her attention and said " don't touch my food or bag". Another lader bagged my food. I asked Shelly why she keeps doing this and her reply was" I don't have time to talk to right now, I'm busy". The next 3 times she rubbed her eyes with her bare hand I loudly said "that's not sanitary". This is unbelievable and shouldn't happen.
