Although she was very very busy, she was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail and with patience. We ended up having only one question and she took the time to explain and answer it. BE KIND and PATIENT when you go. Understand that Kay, as well as all of the employees, do not make the prices, the policies or the procedures! “This is my post office of choice whenever I need to visit one in person. I am closer to the Odessa office but vastly prefer the one in Oak Grove. The workers here are so nice and friendly and patient. They never make an issue of answering questions and always offer help. There are two ladies in particular who have always been so kind when I've come in with a problem or complicated shipment. But everyone I've interacted with has been great.”
