I have refrigerated meds that can't be delivered fue to no one being AT this location to accept the transfer! I had a signature card on file. But the last time they delivered it was stuck to the box!

What is wrong with USPS. My pkg arrived from delaware Mail ed4/13/24,Arived in Odessa, Mo. on 4/19/4 where I live in 6 days, then went to Oak Grove, Mo.Then all the way to nEW Jersey, came back To Oak Grove then went back to Kansas City now for 3rd time,12 days and no end in site. Please investigate I'm 72 years old they are ping ponging my pkg all over and if gets broke some paying the $38 I saved out of my social security. Please, please help me get my package to me in Odessa, Mo at senior apartments. Iorder a lot through mail as no car and never experienced disorder like this.

Our rural mail carrier seems to be the worst I have informed delivery on my phone that shows what mail will be delivered for the day and once again I did not receive it This has happened thseveral times to us. The post office says informed mail is not always correct and can be 3 days off I know this is not true So guess I will have to check with my neighbors to see if they have the letter I'm looking for It's really frustrating Can't trust them anymore Sad

I keep getting other people's mail. Sometimes I am not receiving my bills which is extremely problematic.When I leave wrongly addressed mail in the box with "ANK" and the flag up, it takes days for the carrier to finally pick them up.Hours are difficult for working people. No automatic stamp machine to buy stamps or post a package outside of the extremely limited hours.Sad that government agencies are so poorly managed.

I miss the old staff. I continually have to leave reminders for the delivery girl not to deliver other people's mail to my box. I even found a weathered piece of mail addressed to someone else laying in my yard,

This is the worst post office. The lady at the counter needs a lesson in manners customer service and kindness. I have never met such a rude awful person with the worst attitude. I have been in there twice and will NOT go back I will drive to grain valley. She is the wrong person to put at the counter. She is a miserable person and wants to make everything and everyone around her miserable with her.
