“Robin at GearHeads promptly had me talking to a technician which gladly diagnosed the obnoxious vibration to something less serious requiring little effort to fix. The technician provided multiple photographs and verbal descriptions of my bent oil pan, cracked catalytic converter and what it would take to fix it. I had my oil and filter changed and brake pads on the front. I was given digital copies of the photos and invoice with everything documented. The people at GearHeads are most helpful and friendly.
The only surprise that I had was the damage to the underside of my vehicle caused by me when I ran over that curb.”

“Had a problem with my 22 Ram diesel while on vacation 600 miles from Jackson. Took it to a Ram dealer in another state who asked for insurance information prior to the service appointment (red flag). After their diagnosis I was told I needed a whole fuel system. I called C&B and they were so helpful, I explained the situation and they gave me some advice. I got the truck back to Jackson and they had it diagnosed and fixed in a couple of days. Turned out to be one failed injector and not the whole fuel system. Great advice and excellent service. Would definitely recommend.”

Long story short it lost air and I called Plaza tire and they got me right in. Tire had a nail at side wall couldn't be repaired. Ending up buying 4 tires. Employees were fast and curious. Loved it!
