Barrel Blends holds monthly tasting events to try new products and has a great selection of wines and spirits as well as regular releases of outstanding hand picked single barrels of many popular bourbons such as Green River, Augusta Old Route 8, Old Forester, Four Roses, etc. They also have a fairly priced tasting bar that is well stocked with many rare and hard to find whiskeys as well as several local craft beers on tap that are rotated frequently and available as a full or half pour.
If you're in the area, definitely stop in at this great neighborhood spot to see what's new and interesting or to relax for a few minutes and enjoy something refreshing from the bar!”

“This grocery had almost everything that I could meet. I did ask in the deli section if they made deviled eggs. The staff pointed me to a location near the pineapples where I would find them.
No such luck. Or, it was a story just to get rid of me.”

“I’m a longtime customer, but it was my first visit to this location on the Hill. I went for the Cazadores tequila tasting and tacos from Rock Star. The tacos were yummy, and I ended up purchasing one of the tequilas as a result.The staff at this - as well as the other locations - are always friendly and helpful. Randall’s marketing events and classes are always a hit for me and I try to participate as my schedule allows.One thing about Randall’s: if they don’t have a product, they will try to get it. It’s rare though, that I can’t find what I’m looking for here. And their prices are usually a bit lower than anywhere else. It’s my go-to for liquor, beer and mixes.”

“We've shopped here for 21 years now, and it's always good. The other day I left a bag of groceries behind, and when I called, Sandra had saved a list of the items, and she made sure I got them all.
OH and the pharmacy is so good! It is a pleasure to pick up medicine there.
Don't miss: the Angus roast beef at the deli is fantastic. We also adore the oatmeal raisin cookies from Greg (the soft ones, not the crispy, and the big ones are better than the small ones).
We get all our cakes here too, most recently tiramisu, so good.”

“I love this place and the people that serve us! They are wonderful and thoughtful, I appreciate the prices and stability. My favorite drink is always cold and plentiful. The service is A plus. I left a box of T-shirts there one time and didn’t realize it, I was so tired . I walked home happy with my purchases. The next time I shopped there probably a week later, one of helpers said they had my box and brought it out to me. I was grateful and glad that they know their customers.”

The other day, Hannah located a wine that neither the Wine Barrel nor the larger chain retailers had in stock and got it for me within 24 hours so I could have it for an upcoming party. None of the larger stores or national chain stores were willing to do that for me.”

“I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!”
