“I ordered a fresh turkey on Nov.11th to be spatchcocked (split) and picked up 2 weeks later on Nov. 26th around 4pm. Excited to finally be picking up the turkey . . . I gave my name to Brad (who was the only one there) at the Meat dept. and he was happy to oblige. Five minutes later, he is still frantically looking for my turkey with that worried, disappointing look we all get when someone on your team has dropped the ball! My bird was not there! Somehow he was able to find another one and he had to cut it himself and kindly asked me to be patient while he took care of my order. Not only was he so apologetic for what had happened, he was quick and eager to resolve this issue! He came through for the Dierbergs Meat dept. on Telegraph and for me. I, in returned deeply expressed my appreciation for his time and helpfulness . . . thanks again Brad . . . . Happy Thanksgiving brother!!”

“The selection here is good and the prices are reasonable, but what makes the Wine Barrel our favorite wine shop are 1) The awesome Friday night tastings, 2) The very friendly staff and 3) The little bar in front, where you can have a glass of what you just tasted or one of the other excellent choices. We've been here for three of the tastings and honestly, they can't be held responsible for the salesmen hosting the events, but they've all been good. It seems like there are always some fund people there with us for the events and we've had a good time all three times. We'll definitely be back.”

The tacos were yummy, and I ended up purchasing one of the tequilas as a result.The staff at this - as well as the other locations - are always friendly and helpful. Randall’s marketing events and classes are always a hit for me and I try to participate as my schedule allows.One thing about Randall’s: if they don’t have a product, they will try to get it. It’s rare though, that I can’t find what I’m looking for here. And their prices are usually a bit lower than anywhere else. It’s my go-to for liquor, beer and mixes.”

“I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!”

“Fabulous Wine Bar...wine is top notch - love the Cloud Pinot Noir??. The owner and employees are very knowledgable. Serve great cocktails and spirits, as well. Food can be ordered from Bartolinos, right next door. Atmosphere is perfect for a wine bar, people are friendly. Its like going to Cheers!
