If I could give 0 stars I would. Trash service and terrible attitudes. Packages arrive thrown at our door, damaged, or opened consistently. Complained to management several times and no one cares. Constantly receive mail from people who do not live here and even explained this over 10 times to staff in the office. Most recent Amazon package delivered through postal service went to the wrong freaking town and not even to an address we had on file. Out 40 dollars now because of their error.

2 weekends in a row I put a letter out on my mailbox to be picked up, IT WASN'T. I've already complained to the office staff about this issue over the last couple weeks. I've seen the postal carrier drive down the street and stop at specific houses to deliver mail and bypass others. I have security cameras that document EVERYTHING! I also get mail addressed to my street address delivered to a Postal box I have in town. This is not how it's supposed to be done. Cimpla8ned about that also. Why are the Odessa Postal workers so lazy? Why do they not deliver mail on bad weather days? Thought the post office worked regardless of the weather?? I'm from another state and have NEVER had this issue before. Might be time to call and complain to the Post Master General, Again.

That girl that works the front is a real B. It's no wonder they have no help there. We'll go a couple days with no mail then all the sudden have a big stack. Hmmmm wonder why? Horrible. And they wonder why they're struggling to survive. It's because of employees like the ones in the Odessa office.

I made an extra drive to pick up a package at the post office that they couldn’t deliver for some reason. I showed up 15 minutes before close to listen to an employee talk on the phone in the back about ignoring me in the lobby. Ridiculous, lazy, and disrespectful.

Online postal service has an error took package in with order number to print label because the online thing isn't working at all. It won't send qr code nothing. They are NO help can't talk to a real person on phone this is just stupid. And person up front won't help

Post office in odessa missouri sucks.. I called and they said slow delivery was because of the weather. Roads are clear. We pay how much in taxes.

My grandpa just called to inform the post office that they as well as ourselves haven't been getting our mail, the woman on the end of the line said "We are running on a skeleton crew, if you don't like it were taking applications come to fill one out" and then hung up on my grandfather, I don't know what kind of establishment hangs up on a customer when they aren't receiving their mail. Appalling, to say the least, and we will be going higher up with this information.

I've been using the Odessa post office for over 20 years I have shipped out hundreds of thousands of products on eBay and other online services Odessa post office is never caused me any problem and has been efficient and effective for me and my business.
