So my mom has been a customer for 25 years why is Beyond me but she recently went their to get a tv and the tv was very much defective would not connect to the Internet and instead of making this an easy transition, the manager or whatever she is treated my mother, as if my mother was a nuisance. The they lied to her and said that they was gonna bring her a TV on Wednesday never showed up the guy even put my mom on hold and ignored her. They were very rude to her. I had to call Corporate. The only reason why I’m giving them two stars is because Corporate I went way over their head and they were great and Corporate within 30 minutes. My mom had a new TV and they were apologizing. Do not go to that location.

What started off as a less than a desirable experience with an uneducated salesman was quickly turned around and made absolutely amazing by Romie!!!! Aaronn’s, you have one special lady there. So happy for everything she did for us.

You know, I have used Aarons since 2017. The first time I got a fridge and a couch. It was a great experience so I came back. The next time I used them I got a computer and a bunkbed set. Which they gave me the wrong computer, the Ram was wrong. Then the delivery man tried to charge me $75 for a delivery fee. Which delivery is free through Aaron's It was not a specalty bunk bedset. So I sent the bunkbed back, I need the computer for work so I paid it off cut my ties. They called me about a month ago stating they'd like to have me back as a customer. That they have switched out all of the management and has a new management team. So I thought to myself.Ok maybe it'll be different so I got me a stand up deep freezer. Sadly, it is the complete same payments are disappearing like always when I can literally see the payment has came out of my account. They have been through 3 mangers now in a month. They really just need to shut this place down at this point I will take my money to Rent a center! Do not come here.They will take your money and tell you that you didn't pay. This store is a complete shit show.

I was disappointed at the false advertisement of it coming in 2 to 3 business days had to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered but my dryer was supposed to be delivered today but I guess I did not hear them knocking at my door so Marcus is going to come back out and redeliver my dryer again I really appreciate it so much Marcus is a true customer service hero

Worst customer service ever. First I called and was put on hold for 8mins . Then the gentleman answered and I asked him if I can order the items for my job and have the company pay for it over the phone. He then placed me on another hold for 8mins to get a response from his DM . The DM pick up the phone and said yes and to go online and apply first. Which I did , and called back and spoke to the gentleman. He then asked for a 1 year plan or 2 year plan . I responded “I only need it for one month “ then he said okay it’ll be $67 or $66 a month . I said either is fine, which then he sends me a code to confirm contract. Which was $87 and not anywhere near $66-67. (You can tell he was untrained) I spoke and said how did it go from $66-67 to $87 and that’s when the DM (female) jumps into the conversation on speaker and said you didn’t say 1yr or 24months so we choose one. I said “I said 1 month and $66 or $67 payment was fine” . She said I’m asking to much questions and that all I have to do is listen (she said it arrogantly and rudely). At that moment I said
“Mrs it’s not wrong as a customer for me to ask questions and it’s wrong to be told not to ask questions whenever I have a question especially when your employee got information wrong. I understand you get lots of questions daily , but there’s no need to be rude to me the customer”
They put me on hold and then said they have to redo the contract and that the DM (the lady that was there ) had to reset it but had to leave as she was going to help another customer. After all this nonsense and unnecessary stress and unprofessionalism from staff I said “I’m okay I don’t want your service and good luck” and hang up. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Wasted over 50 mins on phone and online with them today. I always use Rent-A-Center but the item I needed was unavailable, so I had to look elsewhere. I have the Rent-A-Center store manager phone number who is very helpful and kind. Even sends kind gesture text before and after pick ups. Highly recommend. Thanks

This store in O'Fallon USED to have a great HONEST, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL GM and Staff last year until early this year, when I paid off my old lease!! But recently, I was going to do a new lease on a purchase I needed. During this ordeal that's when I realized they changed to a new GM and Crew since then. NEVER will I do business with these DECEPTIVE LIARS, INCOMPETENT, SNEAKY CROOKS AGAIN!! Canceled my lease immediately and called Corporate then to Regional.
And to "Aaron's Owner", don't be replying back saying you're sorry because from these complaints you should have done something about these situations people are having from this store!!!

Rude unprofessional, called to speak to someone and the woman who answered named Danish was cursing at her kids in the background. Claimed I was two months behind but yet they had no numbers or email for me. Yet was getting email reminders on the payment that was not past due. Never use them they are horrible. Don't deserve the one star even.

The new staff is horrible!! Ive been a Aarons customer for years. And have used this location in the past. The previous GM they had was great. Now the entire staff is rude and unprofessional. I placed a order the end of March online. The items were delivered to the store. They called me one time. I tried to return the call for about a week. I finally got a hold to someone. All i needed to do was schedule my delivery. She told me she can’t help me i need to call back. So i tried to call again. No answer no call back. Then they called me for my payment that was due for items i never received. I told the lady on the phone i didn’t receive my items yet. I was told she would call me back she had to find the person to help with that. Couple days later I got a call from her saying someone was going to call me back. I told her to have them leave me a voicemail because of my work hours and that someone was always home they could just set up the delivery and let me know. She told me they can bring it to the house and i would have to take it off the truck. I don’t know what kind of customer service standards Aarons has anymore but this surely isnt the way it has been in the past. Now I’m getting letters about catching up on my payments. Still with no items. Then just received an email that I returned them. From reading the other reviews. There is clearly an issue with the staffing at this location. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get what i needed.
