I have been going to Anna’s for 10+ years. I usually don’t request a specific technician because most of my experiences at this salon have been great. However, today wasn’t so great. I had a male technician ( not Kevin). I chose an upgraded pedicure. The water was cold, I told him it was cold and he attempted to fix it but it wasn’t any warmer. When he used the foot scrub, he didn’t use the scented one from the packets I chose, he used the one for the standard pedi and he only did it on one leg. He used the masque like it was lotion and wiped it off right away. I guess then he realized he didn’t use the right scrub and threw the packet away rather than open it up to use it. He also cut my finger while doing my manicure. A little sloppy with the polish. Overall it just wasn’t the experience I’m used to at this salon. I will definitely come back , but will request one of the female technicians from now on.

I always make an appointment. 3 times in a row they have had me wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment and then put me in chair and either take a walk in or start me and then start another person. when I asked about it they said well we are busy! very rude. if you don't have 2 hours don't go !!

I can't say enough good things about this place! The music/video they play is so calming and relaxing. They are clean, neat, organized, and professional! They do a outstanding job! Customer service is TOP notch!

Loved the atmosphere here. Spa music was very relaxing. Kelly gave me a beautiful gel pedicure. She also and gave my manicure much needed attention. Prices were comparable to others while service was above others!
