Horrible Customer Service, they mislead you, lie and add services that you don’t ask for. The worst part is that neither the retention department nor the store with entertain solving the issue and don’t care if they lose your business. I wasn’t even asking for anything unreasonable just honor what they assured me in the store while attempting to upgrade my phone and commit to another 36 months of my business.

Failed to tell me my insurance covers broke screens.. Told me i had to pay my phone off b4 anything could be done..

Jared was very helpful at what I needed. I come in at least once a month to pay my bill. If I come in for other questions about phones, he helped me. And explain stuff to me to where I understand it. I couldn't say anything. The better about him, he is just a great salesman.

I want to let you know that you have an outstanding employee. His name is Todd Scheele. Every time I have gone to AT&T he has been so helpful. And I have been there a lot. He is always kind, and courteous and more importantly he is patient with me and that is saying a lot. If you have an employee award, he deserves it. If not he deserves a raise or a bonus. Jared is very considerate and extremely knowledgeable.
He helped us choose and set up a phone for our daughter using the dexcom, and made sure the software was compatible to work on her new phone.
