“First time coming to Trek bicycle. Daughter’s bike’s brakes were not working correctly. Tim looked at the bike and immediately saw the issue and repaired the bike in front of me. After fixing the bike I asked how much and he said make sure my daughter keeps riding her bike. Great service! We will be back when more issues occur.”
