I’ve have been running between Firestone and Tire Choice in O’Fallon MO and neither one of those shops knew what they were doing. Went to Carx and they diagnosed it right away. Tyson behind the counter was very nice and explained everything to me. The mechanic came in with the paperwork and told me Thank You very much and have a great evening. This is my new go to place!! Thank you both!

Bobby is so nice. So is byron. What a pleasure to talk to. So serious!!! Not condescending or rude. Listen and simply helpful. Super sweet thankful to have service providers like them in 2025. Can NOT say the same for other locations unfortunately

This is an excellent shop. They always get me in last minute and get me taken care of. I’ve taken multiple vehicles here on a whim just walking in and got them serviced the same day. They do great work, they’re fast, and they have fair pricing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is an update to my good recommendation of CarX and John and Bobby. I went in to have new brakes because I was sure I needed them. They took it in and let me know that I did not need them and did not charge me for the inspection. They could have easily charged me for a new set of brakes but were not only honest, but took the time involved. I will definitely use them for future car needs. You can trust them totally.

Had an AC problem. Took car to 2 other places before trying Car-X. Big Mistake! I’m not much of a car guy and am very suspicious of car service places but the folks at Car-X gave me the confidence that they knew what they were doing and were telling it to me straight. The fact that so many people have their cars serviced there is an indication they are doing something right.

We have been taking our vehicles to this shop for years and will recommend them to everyone! Countless times, we have gone in thinking it’s going to be a major car issue followed by a big bill. Usually it turns out to be something simple. Im grateful for their honesty over the years!
