They were super helpful and got me taken care of when I had an odd credit card account issue, even though I don't do checking with them. Not a typical issue, but they sat me down and the gal that took care of it got to the bottom of it and resolved the problem! Super friendly and helpful people

Apparently customer service was a problem here in the past when I look at other reviews, but it certainly is not a problem here anymore. I’ve been to this location a few times and I’ve had great experiences with everyone I spoke with, but I have to shout out JB who is excellent every visit. Thanks for the help.

This brach has always treated us like the want and deserve our business and always earn it everytime we come into the branch.They do have a turnover on staff, training new staff always but always same standards always.We glad to do business with Chase Bank.
