Brooke was very nice and extremely helpful in assisting me with setting up my Checking/Savings account here. She knows her stuff for sure. She also recommended me to Adam (home buying advisor) who was very informative and nice to deal with on the phone. Looking forward to working with Brooke/Adam and Chase in the future

They were super helpful and got me taken care of when I had an odd credit card account issue, even though I don't do checking with them. Not a typical issue, but they sat me down and the gal that took care of it got to the bottom of it and resolved the problem! Super friendly and helpful people

Apparently customer service was a problem here in the past when I look at other reviews, but it certainly is not a problem here anymore. I’ve been to this location a few times and I’ve had great experiences with everyone I spoke with, but I have to shout out JB who is excellent every visit. Thanks for the help.
