The most efficient and friendly of fast food places in the city hands down. I always keep it simple with 2 chicken sandwiches extra pickles and a chocolate shake. Delish. Every time.

Customer requests shouldn't be viewed as optional, especially when they only entail reading and following directions. No ice means none, not two cups full. A request for 4 packets of honey means I'd like honey included with my order. It's the little things.

Every time I’ve visited Chic-fil-a drive thru since the revamp, there’s been something wrong with my order (I.e., order was incorrectly entered by attendant, food received was completely wrong, missing food, etc). I love chic-fil-a, but I don’t love being ripped off. Slow ur roll chic-fil-a. I shouldn’t have to empty the bags and open packages to make sure my order is right before I leave the parking lot.

Food was fine, The director Chase or Trace was incredibly unhelpful and disregarded my problem and basically told me it’s not his problem. I order a very simple chicken tender meal, i accidentally ordered it to the Wentzville location, I went to the counter and told them the problem, They lady got chase or trace for me. The director chase or trace said i needed to call wentzville to get them to cancel, i thought thats a lot for some chicken tenders but whatever, I call wentzville they tell me i need to cancel it on the APP. Chase/trace at this point is ignoring me and Ann who was incredible tried her best to help asking Chase/Trace questions a long the way. The director could not care less. They decide i cant cancel it on the app. So Ann who was great calls Wentzville who again says i need to cancel the app. I tell Trace/Chase . I ask can I please just get the chicken tenders here and he says no basically thats tough luck. So left here $10 less in my bank account without any food for that $10. Awful awful awful awful.
