Your car wash is LETHAL! People who enter that thing come out DAMAGED just like their vehicles! Your carwash has damaged countless vehicles and the lives of the people who drive them. It ripped off my antenna and then used it to further damage my car because of the high speeds from the bristles that almost took out my windows. The people supposedly handling these situations are rude, heartless and inconsiderate! The most unprofessional and disgusting management staff I have EVER encountered. You guys should look into this considering the team of people I have hired to resolve this issue will be. Also, clean your soda machine every once in a while. There is mold on the nozzles! How hard can it be to take care of your customers?! Not destroy their personal property and gut biomes!

It’s about to be car wash season please beware of the facility you choose to get your car cleaned at. It’s been over 3 weeks since my car was crushed by the Circle K car wash on the corner of Feise and Hwy K in Ofallon, Mo. I have reached out by phone, online inquiries, social media, visiting the store, and sent letters without a response. This is obviously on purpose. If Circle K cared about their customers and felt they had a good product they wouldn’t make themselves impossible to contact.
Let me add there are NO signs in or around the car wash stating they are not responsible for damages. I entered that car wash with full faith i would get the service i paid for, without worries. Instead my son and i were stuck in a wash with no where to go while the brush malfunctioned and crushed the back of my van, sending glass everywhere. buyer beware, if you support circle k they won’t support you should they deliver bad products or hazardous conditions.

It's been snowing we had a plow company come out which they did a really crap job. The plow company said they could not complete the job cause it was to busy.they are coming back out. I was going to block off the parking space off so that they can do they job and protect our customers.i was out in front of the store using a long brush pushing slush from the spaces in front of the store so customers would not fall but circle k claims they are legally responsible for anything from the sidewalk to into the store and not from the side walk to the road. Safety concern is not just legal but it's also a moral concern. THATS NOT RIGHT. If people stop using what they are legally responsible and start using moral judgement the world would be a better place. If you have no moral standards it's a great place to work but if you have moral standards please find another place to work

Daily I go to this gas station so recently the store has change managers an crew around so the new manager her name I do not know ‘ she asked for my id as I was purchasing a Tobacco product I stated that I have left it at home I went all the way home an came back no problem I have shown her my id over an over I’ve watch her hand people Tabacoo with no id needed or just asking them there birthday date as today is no different I walked in to make a purchase watched her hand someone Tabacoo no I’d needed my turn come . Do you have your id I comment that I have shown her my id over an over no I did not have it today she start to yell saying she going to id me everyday into she can remember i stated that i had this same problem 2 days ago how can’t you remember i come in daily she still yelling get out I don’t have to take or give you anything you need a id again I stated why didn’t you id the person in from of me she had no answer but to tell to me to get out while yelling I asked why are you so angry an yelling I’m a customer I’ll never be back to this location into she is gone

They never have hot food out and if there is its been out way too long. Stale baked goods all the time. I just don't understand why I have been here so many times but have been inconvenienced most of the time.

A girl named aryannah was very disrespectful towards myself and my boyfriend who has a service animal. She was very discriminatory. She specifically told my boyfriend to leave the premises. No action was taken through Circle K interacting in any way shape or form with a service animal is a federal crime this is not the first time this has happened more than likely won’t be the last The manager, he was very ignorant And snarky This is the Circle K in O’Fallon off of Highway K Circle K will not be getting anymore of my business.

Rude and condescending attitudes from the guy with the man bun. I have heard him on several occasions make fun of his customers and nothing ever happens when you complain. I would rather drive out 20 mins out of my way than step foot in this store again. I don't not recommend giving any of your business to them . I would give it zero stars if I could.

Have been going here for years. Right on the corner from home. This place has really turned around for the better. New staff that are actually friendly and its kept so much cleaner. No longer walk in to find empty coolers or long long lines.

**EDIT so it's really unfortunate because there are some really good individuals about this site that I always forgot about because of if all the negative experiences I have had here but I'm glad I came in out of convenience today because it reminded me of the folks here that are amazing. the young gentleman who usually wears a hat and the young lady that were working at noon ( not quite but almost noon) are always extremely nice and helpful. I can't point out negativity in a business without pointing out the whole picture, and fortunately for a circle k these two are in the picture. otherwise I guarantee you'd have a lot less people that come here. and now they won't read this but I really hope that somebody in charge does because it's people like these two that keep your regulars happy and returning. I believe it was Sprint that did a study years ago and found it it was on average 10 times cheaper to retain a customer than to gain a new one, I know entry-level employees don't care about that but owners and managers might.ORIGINAL REVIEW:it's a shame, this is such a beautiful store, an amazing location, and a franchise that we all love. what's the problem? the problem is employees. they seem to have a habit of hiring crabby people. now not everybody there is a sour apple, but enough of the people that work there are that it doesn't matter what time of the day you go up there someone can be a jerk to you. you have the girl with the glasses during the day who is just absolutely rude, it doesn't matter how nice you are or how polite you are or anything, you are a bother to get and she will make sure you know that. now the night shift there is a fellow who I thought he would just take some time for him to get warmed up to me, but what I've seen lets me know that it's not me it's everybody. I have never had somebody blatantly ignore me when I ask him something or say something every single time. I get it if someone asked him how his day is or how are you he doesn't like it, but the problem is even if you stop doing that he still ignores you and treat you like garbage regardless. I think I have had one night out of dozens where he was not a jerk. this is really unfortunate because I live literally right by there and this is my closest and most convenient gas station. the fact that I will drive miles away to go to another location it says a lot considering it's such a pain to get in and out of the intersection right there for me. I would rather risk getting into an accident, taking more time, taking more gas, and having the inconvenience of going to somewhere else than have to be treated like that. hopefully it's something they can fix one way or another because I would love to go back this location.
