don’t recommend anthony he is very rough and rushes his work. i was in pain 9 times out of 10 during my full set.

I have been going to Classy Nails for many years. They do a great job and I have always received excellent service. One of the things I LOVE about Classy Nails is if you make an appointment you can guarantee they will be ready for you when you walk in the door or in just few minutes. I have been to many other nail salons in the past that except every walk-in that comes in and even though I have a set appointment am treated like a walk in and have to wait because they decided to squeeze someone in and now appointments are pushed back as much as 30-40 minutes. I am a busy professional and make appointments to avoid waiting and wasting my time. I would highly recommend Classy nails. Ken is my technician and I love the services I have received. but everyone is extremely friendly!

Walked into an empty shop (hours before they closed) for a fill only to be told they couldn't take me- when they advertise walk ins welcome and all the techs were sitting around. Really? Went right down the road to my regular shop and got right in and they were PACKED. Then to read how the business responds so poorly and unprofessionally to HONEST bad reviews is terrible. Drive a little further to M&D nails in Wentzville for excellent service and consistent pricing!

Ken took amazing care of me and my nails! The whole team at Classy Nails is awesome! I will recommend anyone and everyone to go! This place will be the only place I will ever go to get my nails done. Ken and his team are incredibly talented!!!

Yes thank you for accommodating my son last minute. I did ask for the deluxe for all of us, you stated my son can only have a regular one which I completely understood.
The regular pedicure I received was subpar, and my mom's deluxe was also not worth it. Once I saw the poor service on my pedicure, I decided to cancel getting my nails done.
You never came out to even ask why I didn't want to get my nails done.
As the owner, you seem to bash your customers on line verses seeing how to make it right. Luckily I don't live there and am surrounded by wonderful salons that know how to treat customers and give quality pedicures.

I don’t leave reviews often but I feel this salon goes above and beyond and truly deserves it ?
I have been going to this salon for a couple years now. Here and there I step away due to my time off and convenience. Two weeks ago I went on my lunch break to get my nails done close to work. After a week my nails were lifting terribly and 1.5 weeks later they were popping off. Today I had a chance to stop back in to classy nails and Ken took the best care of me. My nails were back to the shape I love and the customer service was top notch. I have to give a shout out to Lana as well since she is always on point too!
10/10 would recommend!

Over charged for a service, my tech was nice ,but was overcharged for my manicure, ruined my nails ?. Don't use!

I have been going here since righta after they opened and have always had great service. Today a friend and I went there to get a pedicure and artificial nails. We were asked, by Ken the owner, if we wanted the gel on our nails. We both said no. So pedicures went great, both ladies were extremely nice, and then on to the nails. My friend decided to just get a manicure and I asked for Ken to do my nails as he is usually good. Not this time. When I sat down he was much more interested in doing something online on his phone instead of tending to me. So when he decided to finally start my nails I let him know the length I wanted. Well not only was he twisting my arthritic fingers around causing pain he also cut my nails different lengths. Normally they’re all even in length but not today. Fast forward to paying. So when we went to pay he charged us both for gel on both of our pedicures and both of our manicures! What!! I told him we had told him we didn’t want gel when we got there yet he still charged us both. That’s an extra $20 each! Unfortunately because of this, I won’t be back. I am furious over this!! It’s not that I can’t afford it, I can, it’s that I didn’t want gel because it’s too hard to take off so not only did I get what I didn’t want, he charged me for it!! Both of us!! Very bad business. There’s too many salons around here that will listen and not over charge.

All of their services here are great. I’ve never had a bad experience for the many years I’ve been coming. The workers are all very kind and do a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Classy Nails for over 10 years & I’ve always had the best service! They are so accommodating to Walk-In appointments. All the technicians are amazing. I’m always getting compliments on my nails! Would 100% recommend!! Ken and Lana are great owners

I have Gone here for many Years. and I Never Needed appointment. Walk ins were Welcome But I stopped going There. I asked for Gel manicure and Gel Pedicure Not Cheap by any means and The Technician was able and ready to start my Pedicure and The Owner Yelled out and Stopped him and told me to come back in 3 hours? Well No Thank you! And for years I watched the same videos on the television and listened to your personal phone calls all while paying you Good Money. I smelt your food cooking, and saw you wheel your tires from front door to back room. Ha I would hardly call it a Spa a closet to wax eyebrows, if you're lucky someone is there to do it.
