The people in store are great. But customer service is awful. They refuse to send me my end of year tax doc. They can access it finally after 2 hours on the phone but can’t send it to me. WTH?! Can’t access it in store either. Apparently if I wanted to access I need an online account which I don’t have I only buy in store. So I set up an online account and still no access. She said I have to have to app and have them scan my app barcode everytime in order to access this I do online ?? What?? It’s a simple request. Just email the info. But nope. No help at all. Looks like I will be shopping somewhere else from now on. I can only imagine the if it were a bigger problem how they would be no help. It’s all owned by Sally beauty supply don’t shop there either.

I was in the store today needing a recommendation for a new bleach. The associate was so kind and helpful! After using what she recommended, I'm very impressed! It was exactly as she described and better than what I have been using for years. I really appreciate how kind and knowledgeable the staff is.
