Do yourself a favor and choose any other pharmacy, even a different CVS. This location is wrought with continued issues. The biggest issue I have is with the consistent lying that comes from their pharmacy staff. Today I visited for a prescription. They stated they just received it yet my doctor confirmed she sent it hours ago. They further stated my insurance is not “in network “. Rather than fight them again I asked for the cash price. Their reply was “with a coupon $110”, but on my GoodRX ap it showed CVS priced at $56. I’ve had issues almost every time with lying…like when they told me my dr had not approved a refill yet but my dr said that was not true. The story goes on and on. Avoid this CVS

The main pharmacist had her baby and the lady taking her place on 12/14/21 was in way over her head. It was complete chaos. They filled my scripts but couldn't find them, the pharmacist was supposed to talk to me about a new prescription, but she went to help another customer who was behind me in line. The management better get this under control. I'll move all of my stuff to Walgreens if it stays this bad.

I'm fed up with the inconsistent service at the CVS on Bryan Rd. On occasions the Pharmacy rocks then there are the times you feel like your dealing with people who drop the ball and don't follow through. Totally unacceptable if your dispensing medication. I feel sorry for the person who goes the extra mile in the pharmacy because they are getting a black eye from their sub par co-workers. Management needs to get this house in order.

Matt (Matty Ice) was very helpful! He got my refill very quickly and for a competitive price. He's super handsome and friendly and makes my experience smooth as ice (pun intended) every time. You've earned a lifelong customer with having Matty Ice on your team! Make sure if you go to this location ask for Matty Ice. You'll be glad you did.

Prescriptions are consistently over 24 hours - 48 hours late.Changing from 1 star to 2 stars because Matt is great.

This pharmacy is awful. Go somewhere else. God forbid your insurance only allows for cvs like mine. They're rude. They'll notify you that your prescription is ready for pickup only for you to show up and have to wait another 45 min for them to fill it, on multiple occasions. Don't worry they'll be rude about it. They'll turn you away for showing up 4 min after they close on New Year's Day even though there isn't anything posted saying the hours will be different. Have no fear they'll be super rude about that too. I'm sure I'm only doing this awful staff a favor by having my Dr. send my prescriptions to another cvs, seeing as they don't want to get anything done in a timely manner here anyhow, it'll just be one less thing for them to do. I'm glad to take my business off their plate. One star only cause I couldn't give zero.

Please do everyone a favor and go anywhere else.I pulled up at 7:56 in the drive thru. The pharmacy closes at 8:00. The girl in the drive thru shut the window on me and then stood with her back to the window. She apparently can't be bothered to do her job. My poor sick toddler will now not have any medicine to make it through the night.

Rude old lady technician. Looked at me and said “What?!” Not, can I help you? Amazed at rudeness. They don’t fill scripts doctors send them unless you ask them to first. Takes all day both times I needed prescriptions immediately for migraines and congestion. Go somewhere else, they are awful!

The Bryan Rd pharmacy is way too slow. I recently changed from another CVS to here due to location. I have yet to able to pick up a prescription that is ready. This time.....over 24 hours and they are just now working on it. This will be the last time.

Not sure if it's staffing or inventory control. Over the past several months I have had to call after the ready time to get scripts filled, causing s delay of 1-2 days. If this keeps up I'll be moving my business
